The design journey is split into the following stages..
THE BRIEF
During the briefing stage, we take the time to learn about what the client wants from their space, their interests, lifestyle and aspirations. We pay close attention to detail and track all factors such as budgets, deadlines and other administrative needs. We make use of a site visit and floor plans to complete the picture.
THE LAYOUT
We interpret the detailed brief and provide the proposed floor plans and furniture layout. Our team will also discuss with you about the structural changes needed .At this stage, the scope of work/services and design fee will be conveyed and agreed upon.
THE CONCEPT
Our team will present the concept design, complete with visual and imagery cues. This will help you envisage your space and how you can move about it. We welcome all opinions and feedback from the client to make this a very collaborative process. Possible finishes are understood and a proposal is send to the client that will include the estimated budget.
DESIGN DETAIL
We create an outline of the works for the client. Once it is approved and the onsite requirements are checked off, work will commence. Our team of project coordinators and designers will conduct regular site meetings to track the progress of the project. We will ensure that the client is kept up to date as they see their space coming to life.
THE REALIZATION
At this stage, our team makes the detailed structural and technical(Electrical, Plumbing and tile) drawings necessary. The design drawings of all fixed furniture are also finalized. We undertake a selection of the execution team of consultants and present a comprehensive list of costs, in line with the budget, to the client.
