Noel Experience Center
DESIGN APPROACH
The Noel Experience Centre marked our first commercial collaboration with Noel Builders, following the success of their model flats designed by our team. Impressed by our earlier work, they entrusted us with creating a space that would showcase their projects in a way that was engaging, intuitive, and memorable.
The objective was clear — to design a visual experience hub where customers could understand upcoming buildings and developments. Previously, Noel’s 3D models were confined to a conference room setting. Our task was to transform these into a dynamic walkthrough journey that not only informed but inspired.
The design flow was crafted as a storytelling experience: beginning with Noel’s history and past projects, transitioning to current launches, and concluding with their ongoing ventures. To guide visitors naturally through this narrative, we developed a wayfinding strategy using flooring patterns — each type of flooring subtly directed customers from one project zone to the next, reducing confusion and improving clarity.
To elevate the experience further, 3D models were integrated within green landscape settings. This addition softened the perception of concrete structures, helping customers imagine them as real, livable communities surrounded by nature. The result was a space where navigation was intuitive, storytelling was seamless, and the customer journey felt both clear and inspiring.
