DESIGN APPROACH
The Cloudwalk Model Home, a 3,000 sq.ft. apartment designed for Noel Builders, stands as one of our proudest showcases of modern luxury. Featured as “The Modern Edit” in CS Interiors’ design series, the home was envisioned to appeal to a wide audience with a style that is contemporary, aspirational, and effortlessly timeless.
Our inspiration was drawn from global icons of design and architecture — from the Petronas Twin Towers with their iconic bridge to the luxe residences of Singapore and New York. This influence is reflected in the home’s architectural details, material palette, and bespoke furnishings.
In the living and common areas, organic forms take center stage. Curved ceilings introduce softness to the layout, while a custom L-shaped organic sofa enhances the flow of the room.
Cabinetry was finished in sleek paint surfaces for a polished look, and the open pantry + kitchen design incorporated tall shelving for both functionality and sophistication.
Each bedroom tells its own story. The guest bedroom plays with bold contrast in black and white, elevated by stenciled wallpaper. The kids’ room celebrates playfulness with a CNC-cut art wall, butterfly handles, and a bed finished in custom polish. The master bedroom is a serene retreat — styled with custom bedspreads in blue and gray, brass accents, and a minimal carpet grounding the space with understated elegance.
The outcome is a model home that embodies modern luxury while remaining approachable and timeless. With its mix of organic design elements, luxe finishes, and playful detailing, the Cloudwalk Model Home represents the spirit of “The Modern Edit” — a design language that is both fresh and enduring.
