DESIGN APPROACH
The Vagmi Residence holds a special place in our journey as the first residential project undertaken by CS Interiors — a milestone we carry with immense pride. With the client’s brief being simply, “Do it up as much as you can,” we were entrusted with complete creative freedom, allowing us to explore design without boundaries.
The concept drew inspiration from rich jewel tones, giving the home a bold yet timeless character. The living room came alive in striking tangerine, complemented by deep blue accents, while other spaces embraced a refined black-and-white palette for contrast and balance.
At nearly 6,000 sq. ft., the Vagmi Residence was also our first large-scale villa project, featuring 4–5 bedrooms and an integrated landscape design. The open spatial layout ensured a natural flow from entry to exit, with abundant daylight enhancing the interiors. During the rains, the home takes on an almost ethereal quality — serene, glowing, and timeless.
This project was as challenging as it was rewarding. Balancing scale, functionality, and luxury aesthetics demanded precision and vision, yet the outcome was a residence that feels both bold and elegant. Defined by light, openness, and jewel-toned richness, the Vagmi Residence remains a cornerstone project in the story of CS Interiors.
