DESIGN APPROACH
The Cloudwalk Model Home, a 3,000 sq.ft. showcase apartment designed for Noel Builders, represents one of CS Interiors’ proudest explorations of modern luxury. Featured as “The Modern Edit” in our Instagram design series, this project was envisioned to appeal to a wide audience with a design language that is sleek, contemporary, and undeniably aspirational.
Drawing inspiration from global design capitals like Singapore and New York, as well as architectural icons such as the Petronas Twin Towers with their bridge, the concept introduced an international aesthetic to Kochi — a first of its kind.
In the living and common spaces, organic forms soften the layout. Curved ceilings and a custom L-shaped organic sofa create flow and movement, while paint-finished cabinetry elevates the luxury quotient.
The open pantry and kitchen layout, enhanced by tall shelving, adds both sophistication and functionality.
Each bedroom carries its own identity while maintaining the cohesive modern tone. The guest bedroom plays with striking contrasts in black and white, highlighted by stenciled wallpaper. The kids’ bedroom is playful and creative, featuring a custom CNC-cut art wall, butterfly handles, and a polished bed finish. The master bedroom exudes refined luxury with custom blue and gray bedspreads, a simple grounding carpet, and brass accents for an elevated touch.
The result is a model home that is both modern and timeless, blending organic design, luxe finishes, and playful detailing. More than just a showcase apartment, the Cloudwalk Model Home represents the spirit of “The Modern Edit” — a bold step into fresh, global-inspired design for Kochi.
